There could be Possible Loose Connection in the Camera Connector or Power Supply. Please check the same. It could also be Possible that the Specific Camera View could be blocked in the Live View Settings. Please check the same.

a)Check if the Internet is Working with Good Bandwidth . Min 5 Mbps on the DVR and Similar Speed on the Client Devices (Mobile , Laptop Etc)

b)Check if DVR or NVR network ip is Configured in correctly .

c)Check if the DVR network LED is blinking. Check the same on Router, Switch. Checkif LAN Cable is Broken

Check if your User Account has the Privileges to Check Data Backup. To Verify Data Backup Admininstatror/ Priveleged User Account is Required. Also If the Account is having Priveleges then Check if The CCTV Data is getting Recorded as per Configuration.

The Date and Time Shown on the CCTV Live View is different from the Actual Standard time.

Solution : Login to The DVR live View via CMS or Browser and Sync the Date and Time. If the DVR Hardware is Too Old, Please Contact us.

Check if the Extra Cable is Available which is Normally Left( around 1-1.5 Meter) inside the CCTV Mounting Box.

If the New CCTV Vantage Point is in this Range , then Cable Joint is not Required.

OtherWise Cable Joint is Required from the new Point to the Present Point. Please following the Cable Joint and Instalaltion Instructions.

Beep Sound Generally Comes when Audible Waring is Set in the DVR. It Indicates that is some undesired Exception or Event which has to be Looked into. Enable Event Hint and Ascertain the Cause of the Beep sound. It Could be Possible Network Issue /Video Loss/ Hard Disk Recording Issue.

In Case connected to a Display Extender Then Check if the Display Extender is Working OK.

This Could be due to Distortions in the Camera Power Supply either Due to Loosely Connected Terminals or Cable Faults. Flicker Could Also Occur if the Cable Cables are Vibrating like In industrial Enviroments or if the Data Cable are Running Very Close to High Voltage Power Cables. It is Recommended to Lay the Camera Data Cables atleast 8 Inches Away from the Power Cables. Try Connecting CCTV Balloons to Resolve the issues. Also Try Recrimping the Camera BNC /RJ45 Connectors.

During Night or Low Light Conditions the IR LEDS are Turned On. During this Time the Image are Black and White and this is an Expected Behavior. In case of Day Mode/ Sufficient Ambient Light and Still the Images are in Black and White/ Monochrome, Check the Camera Power Supply or it could be Genuine Camera Image Sensor Issues. Please Check with your CCTV Support Team.

Check the Number of Concurrent Views Supported the DVR Models. Some Models Support 4 , Some 8 and Some 16.

Check the Data Recording Configuration Setttings. Use the CCTV Backup Esrtimatation Tools to Appropriately Size the Hard disk Requirements.

Confirm if the Cable is indeed Broken using the 'Cable continuity Tester or Uising LAN Tester.

Identify the Point where the Cable is Broken. Apply Joint using RG6 Connectors or CAT6 along with RJ45 Keystone Jack .

if the Data Recording is Set to Motion Detection Mode, During Playback only Segments were Motion is Detected is Recorded. Hence while Playback the Video Will not be Continous. As illustrated in the Below Image.

Check the CCTV Recording Parameters Configuration. As a good Practice Set the Pre Record and Post Record to atleast 30 Seconds. Check if the Motion Detection is Enabled for the Entire Grid and the Sensitity is set High.

Check the Maintainence Logs and See if the DVR was Powered ON during the Period where the CCTV Data is Lost. Also Check if the Recording Scheduling Policy is Weekly Based. Check if the Cameras was Live during the Period incident Happened. Confirm if Not body has altered the Camera BNC Connector Position on the DVR.

Reboot the DVR and Check .

Try Connecting the Mouse to another USB Port

Connect the Mouse to a Different System and See if Mouse is working OK.

If using Wireless Mouse , check by changing Battery.

For Live Streaming it is Required that the Internet Speeds at Both Ends are Reasonably Good. DVR Requires a good Upload Speed and the Remote Client – Laptop/Mobile etc requires are good download Speed. Minimum Speed for 5Mbps provides a good Remote Viewing Experience. One can check Internet Speeds using Freely Available tools like Fast.com, ookla speedtest etc.

For the Audio Mike to Pickup Voice , Place it as much close to the Speaker /Voice Source . Some time the Voice is also affected by surrounding Noise,Vibrations and EM Waves. Place the Mic at 2 Meter distance from the Speaker and Check the Voice Clarity via the Mobile App , Desktop or HDMI connected DISPLAY. Playback and Check in what conditions the Voice Clarity is Deterioting and suitably address the issue.

Network Bandwidth may be Choking due to Heavy Traffic.

Check the Total Number of Network Devices and your Router /Switch Capacity. Consider Upgrading Network Infrastructure if you Frequently Face this issue.

Some time due to Incorrect Operation the Camera is Accidently deleted by the USER from LIVE View. Import the Camera Again the Fix the issue.

Check if there is any IP Conflict in the Network. Ping the IP of the Camera and Open the Camera Interface using Web Browser. You should be able to see the Camera Home Page. If not then there is a Likely IP Conflict.

Using Client Management Software Import the Specific Camera which you want to Provide View to Security and provide the Required Account Priviileges .

While Installing do not Focus the Camera towards Direct SunLight as the Images Sensor Weathers away soon. Download the Mainstream Image The Zooming Ability to Focus Also Depends on the Camera Resolution. Higher the Resolution one can Zoom Better . In case you need to Capture Vehicle Number Plates it is Recommended to use Minimum 3MP Varifocal IP Camera or 5MP Varifocal AHD Camera. Vehicles should be Moving at Speed of 10 km/HR.
